Robert “Bob” Fashano is an executive, leadership coach, and founder of LeadOne Consulting, LLC, where he mentors CEOs, business owners, and emerging leaders. His work on Re-Wired encourages leaders to approach retirement with intention, putting their skills, knowledge, and experience to work through continued contribution. Previously Chairman and CEO of Alliance Advisory Group, Inc., he spent four decades building the Buffalo-based financial services firm from three employees into an organization with four offices, more than 100 advisors and staff members, and over 30,000 clients. A graduate of The Center for Executive Coaching and a certified consultant with The One Page Business Plan®, he brings practical planning disciplines to the pursuit of purpose beyond the workplace. His own transition gained new meaning through Place of Hope, where he mentors young men leaving foster care and conducts workshops on goal setting, communication, and decision-making.
