Naval Aviation Leader.
Gregory “Boss” Wooldridge is a retired U.S. Navy captain, former Blue Angels commanding officer, and keynote speaker who led the flight demonstration team three times. His approach to leadership centers on honest feedback, accountability, and the willingness to treat vulnerability as a strength—practices he experienced in the Blue Angels debriefing room and carries into his keynotes. His message of second chances draws on setbacks as well as achievements: an unsuccessful first attempt at carrier qualification, career choices that favored flying over promotion, and surviving sudden cardiac arrest that ended his flying career. That experience opened a new path into professional speaking and a years-long spiritual search that led him to Christian faith. Rather than presenting himself as an exceptional man with all the answers, Wooldridge emphasizes the people who believed in him and helped him move forward. Away from speaking, he has enjoyed scuba diving and joined his son on a church fishing mission to Alaska. Connect with Wooldridge on LinkedIn for more information.
