Dr. David Karli

Dr. David Karli, MD, MBA, is a regenerative medicine physician, founder and CEO of Greyledge Technologies, and founder and Medical Director of the Karli Center in Miami. His work focuses on making cellular therapies measurable and evidence-based through quality-controlled processing, precision dosing, and clinical research. He has treated more than 5,800 patients from 45 countries and continues to provide patient care while leading biotechnology development. During a 20-year partnership at the Steadman Clinic in Vail, Colorado, he treated elite athletes and developed approaches to cellular therapy. His training includes an MD from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, residency at Harvard Medical School, where he served as Chief Resident, and an MBA from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business. Board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, he brings clinical and business perspectives to the standardization of regenerative treatments.
