Neil Krovats is a Winnipeg entrepreneur and author of Decoding Humanity, a book exploring how people see situations differently.
Neil Krovats is a Winnipeg entrepreneur and inventor developing Decoding Humanity, a book about why intelligent people can encounter the same situation and see different realities. His perspective draws on more than twenty years of building businesses, hiring people, and examining how different thinking styles interact. Having developed engineering products without formal engineering schooling and found unconventional ways to finance business property, Krovats approaches problems through pattern recognition and first principles. His writing explores Random, Sequential, and Middler processing styles as a language for understanding differences rather than measuring intelligence or assigning diagnoses. He connects those ideas to workplace friction, education, relationships, and the core values behind decisions. A self-described high Random thinker, he recalls finding confidence in sports and social connections while struggling with school’s expectations. That experience informs his desire to give young people hope and help readers understand themselves before judging their abilities. For more information, contact Krovats at neil@clearline.ca.
