David Semel Rose, born June 12, 1957, is an American serial entrepreneur and angel investor. He is Chairman and CEO of the U.S Real Estate Market, a platform providing liquidity for institutional real estate investments. He also serves as Managing Partner of Rose Tech Ventures, a venture fund focused on Internet-based businesses.
Rose is Executive Chairman of Gust, which operates a collaboration platform for early-stage angel investing. He is also non-executive Chairman of the Board of Thinkable AI, an artificial intelligence company, and Bookitngo, an online travel platform. These positions span investment, real estate, artificial intelligence, and travel businesses.
