Esther Hicks is an American motivational speaker and author who presents law of attraction workshops and claims to channel a consciousness called Abraham.
Biography
Esther Hicks, née Weaver, was born in 1948. She is an American motivational speaker, channeler, and author. She has co-written nine books with her husband, Jerry Hicks, and has presented many workshops on the law of attraction through Abraham-Hicks Publications. She also appeared in the original cut of the 2006 film The Secret.
Hicks claims to channel a collective consciousness that she calls “Abraham.” When presenting this entity as speaking through her, she changes her tone of voice and accent. Her work includes Money, and the law of attraction (2008), which concerns attracting money and other desires.
