The post-American world
The Post-American World argues that the defining story of the era is the "rise of the rest," as countries such as China, India, Brazil, and Russia grow economically and politically. Zakaria describes how this growth reshapes global power and culture, and asks how the United States should understand and thrive in a more plural global order.
