The Drunkard's Walk
The Drunkard's Walk argues that randomness, change, and probability shape much of daily life and that successes and failures are often more influenced by chance than people realize. Mlodinow uses examples such as athletic records and conflicting wine ratings to show how common judgments can be misleading.
