History & Commentary
Myron Gaines is a Sudanese-American blogger, author and co-host of Fresh and Fit, a manosphere podcast covering relationships, fitness, finance and politics.
Biography
Myron Gaines is the online pseudonym of Amrou Fudl, a Sudanese-American blogger born on February 1, 1990. He co-hosts Fresh and Fit with Walter Weekes, who uses the name FreshPrinceCEO. Launched in October 2020, the podcast was initially positioned as a dating and self-improvement show within the manosphere. Its topics include personal finance, fitness, relationships, politics and gender dynamics.
The podcast has drawn sustained criticism for its treatment of women and its extremist content. Researchers and watchdog organisations have documented antisemitism, Holocaust denial and Nazi apologetics on the show, while its hosts’ views on women and relationships have been described as misogynistic. YouTube demonetized Fresh and Fit in 2023 for repeated policy violations.

Why Women Deserve Less
Why Women Deserve Less argues that political and economic changes have reduced women’s dependence on men and exposed what it characterizes as their limited interest in average men. The description frames accepting this premise as necessary for men to avoid damaging their lives through romantic and family expectations.
