Authors and Leadership Speakers
Steve Sell and Stacy Sell are leadership speakers whose shared story brings crisis readiness out of the meeting room and into the moments when the playbook disappears. Steve, a coach, consultant, and former executive, brings decades of business and marketing leadership experience; Stacy brings her perspective as a special education teacher. Their message is grounded in surviving separate near-death experiences: Stacy’s brain hemorrhage while vacationing in Mexico, followed by Steve’s cancer treatment and a life-threatening medical emergency. Each learned to lead as both patient and caregiver, navigating uncertainty, advocating for one another, and rebuilding through small, deliberate steps. Together, they explore how everyday behaviors prepare people for pressure, why recovery requires leadership, and how staying present can interrupt the habit of borrowing fear from the future. Their work connects professional leadership with the deeply personal challenges of partnership, dependence, and starting again. Away from that work, Steve is an avid sports fan, and Stacy treasures time with her granddaughter. For more information, connect with Steve Sell on LinkedIn.
